App crashes all the time

It crashes all the time. Plus is inaccurate more than half the time. It was raining Saturday, but the app showed no rain. Then Sunday, it showed the storms from Saturday passing through. Also, it keeps asking me to set my location.....it should know where I am....gps hello!?!

Dropped this one and went to KOLR. It works and is accurate
